Active To-Do List is a little piece of software that reminds me of every day that is important to me. Before using this program, I used to forget all the time about the things I really had to do during the day. My life is now organized and I can set even the smallest details thanks to this application.
Old-fashioned reminders don’t really have too many options. I mean, you can set an alarm and give it a name, but it is possible to forget what the alarm and the name is about. With this tool you can add a telephone number, an e-mail address, the description of the thing you need to do and other things. I can record as many notes as I want for each task and they can be repeated as many times as I want. It is very easy to use, and I can always choose a different kind of alarm – a sound, a pop-up window, an e-mail alert. I can even use it at work. Now, my colleagues are also very fond of it, because it is both useful and very modern. It is practical, because I can share my tasks with other people and sometimes they help me with whatever I have to do. Even if it sounds like there are too many details, I can set everything in categories and get organized. Moreover, there is also the “Quicklist” that shows me the most important things to be done, so I always know my priorities, even if I don’t have too much time. It also uses minimal resources and even has password protection.
